• Maintenance Coordination: We handle all maintenance and repairs, working with trusted contractors for gardening, pool care, fumigation, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, painting, and more.
• Maid Service: Maid services are scheduled according to your needs, with at least one cleaning per week recommended due to Puerto Vallarta’s climate.

• Property Listings: We provide detailed descriptions, features, amenities, and professional photos (including 3D videos) of your property, plus an online rate schedule and availability calendar.

• Guest Services: Our Vacation Experts® team manages guest check-ins and check-outs, performing inspections before and after each stay.
• Guest Reviews: Guests are encouraged to complete online surveys, with reviews posted on your property’s webpage for transparency and future bookings.
• Reservation Payments: We process reservation payments and forward your share of the income after deducting our commission.
• Commission Structure: Our standard commission for short-term rentals is based on the total value of the booked vacation service.
• Local Property Manager Requirement: All rental properties must have a local Property Manager in Puerto Vallarta available 24/7 for emergencies.
