It is equipped with all appliances to make your stay easy, comfortable double beds, 10 minutes from Bucerías beach, close to the highway, located in a large community with all amenities and security. Just 5 minutes from supermarkets. Currently, there is a rule limiting pool access to 10 people per house, but this is expected to change soon.

no brincar en los muebles y jacuzzi no dejar los aires encendidos cuando no hay nadie en las habitaciones no sacar las ollas de la casa no fumar o tomar estupefacientes. no hacer fiestas no hacer ruidos fuertes después de las 9pm utilizar la ropa adecuada para entrar a la alberca seguir las reglas del condominio no clavados en la alberca. no consumir alimentos y bebidas en la alberca. no llevar envases de vidrio a área de alberca. solo pueden ingresar 10 personas a la vez a la alberca. no estacionarse sobre la calle, solo en la cochera Sacar la basura lunes, miércoles y viernes por la mañana solo esos días sin excepción, si se te paso el día o la hora recoger e ingresar la basura nuevamente a la casa no subir mascotas a los muebles o camas, todo dañó o limpieza extra será cobrada. Dejar los trastes limpios, en caso contrario se cobrará extra. No sacar la ropa a los balcones o cochera, siempre mantener una imagen libre y limpia de la fachada. conducir a 20km en el coto cualquier desperfecto a los electrodomésticos, electrónica, decoración y enseres sera cobrado
