Guests, visits, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Smoking is also not allowed inside the home, please note that the presence of smoke smell inside the home will incur an extra charge of $500 USD. Certain types of pets may or may not be allowed, this is by the owner's policy of the unit, so you must consult me in advance and know that in certain cases additional charges for special cleaning for pets apply.
The house is in a Coto. The large pool and palapa are from the ground. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance! The house is located in a private and safely area. The neighborhood it's really quiet and safe, with a nice view.
